If I try to use Dopus to explore the content of my connected Samsung note 4, Dopus (latest beta) hangs and I have to kill it.

Is it something that only started happening with the recent betas?
If any crash dumps were generated, please send them in for investigation.
As a workaround, toggling Preferences / Miscellaneous / Advanced: mtp_enable may make things work better in some cases. This toggles between Opus doing more of the MTP handling itself vs delegating more of it to the Windows shell.
(However, sometimes the Windows shell also has problems with MTP, as the underlying protocol/stack is not always reliable on the Windows or phone sides. I tend to use FTP to transfer files to my phone as it's more reliable, but it's also usually slower as it goes over Wifi, so there is a trade-off.)
