Cosmetic Bug in Preferences Editor?

When I open the preferences editor (in Win XP) and hoover the mouse pointer over some text, the text-background becomes white.

i get this problem constantly in DO.

I've turned off the window blinds settings and exited/restarted but it still comes up.

Are you using a non-standard windows theme?

Yes / No.

I usually use the MS Royal or MS Zune themes (I'm on XP). I switched back to the Classic and WinXP themes and the problem went away.

Am I stuck with this problem if I use one of these?

I'm currently using the MiVistaRTM theme for WinXP.
When I turned off the window blinds settings and exited/restarted the problem was solved.

But there's another problem with the PIN-button as you can see in the screenshot (also when I use original WinXP themes).
