Sir , As you will see on the screen capture As soon as I open DO , I am told that a problem occured , then DO restarts and I am told the program has to close ; this is the first time it happens on that version but I made several attempts including uninstalling and reinstalling ; no avail the problem is there and no information appears ; please help to solve the problem
If there are crash dumps, please zip and email them to leo@gpsoft.com.au and I will see if they tell us whether the crash is happening in Opus or another component, and what to try from there to solve it.
I ma probably very silly but the procedure you indicate gives me no such file ; I tried and tried to look for crash dumps but no way to get to there

That indicates the crash is due to DTShl64.dll which appears to be related to Daemon Tools.
The "_unloaded" part tells us the DLL has been unloaded due to no longer being needed, but has left a thread it started, a window it opened, or a hook it installed, in memory, pointing at its code, which no longer exists. So as soon as its thread or hook tries to do something it crashes the whole program.
If you update that component it may fix the problem. It should also be possible to disable it using ShellExView. If it isn't something you use, it can also be uninstalled.
But you are not speaking to an expert ; I send you a screen picture of relevent items in Shell ex view ; no trace of this Dll ; how to "update " this component and how to uninstall ; nby the way I need the related program so I do not wish unnstalling it

Now , I hev to apologize ; you are really smart ; ypur comments were so short that I believed it was just a way to get rid of my problem at any cost ; but you were right ; uninstalling of the 2 programs DT ultra and DT pro made the problem disappear ; as I need thos programs I got to reinstall them ; apparently without conflict with DOpus But it is possible that I did not pay atention to the extensions that each program is supposed to open by default ; I want Dopus to open .zip so I had to tick away that extension in other programs ; maybe this is the reason of the crash I'll tell ; but anyway many thanks
