Fixed problem with ‘New Lister’ from Desktop menu which did not work correctly if Opus was not running – caused by anomaly with new custom icon routines.

Improved support for Icons and Custom icons. Under Windows 2000 the custom icon support could cause incorrect display of normal icons. If required (for any OS) there is now a new registry variable to disable the custom icon support. Set this registry variable to disable the support for custom icons routines if necessary-
