DO12 - Crash opening folder options [32-bit only]

Hello

When opening folder options config DO 12 crashes in Windows 10.

So I'm unable to change folder options.

Many thanks. This has been fixed for the next release.

It's specific to 32-bit builds, and also affects the Preferences Status Bar and Icon Set pages, so if you open them and see crashes there's no need to report those; they'll be fixed in the next update as well.

The fix is now ready in 12.0.4 (beta).
