I'm trying to use v11.8 x64 on my Surface Pro 3 but whenever I try and do anything it crashes with a pop up window that says
"The error (0xC0000005) occurred in thread 0x26C at address 0x000000005535E8C0"
This happens whenever I try and do any directory browsing, including trying to load my certificate within the License Manager.
Any tips on a fix?
Jon

Did you reboot after installing?
I did restart, a few times and still get the same error and am unable to browse any folders or open any files.
What can I try next?
Thank you,
Leo

If crash dumps were created, you can email them to leo@gpsoft.com.au and I'll see if they point to anything.
Crash, exit or high CPU when viewing certain directories also contains various suggestions which may be worth trying.
