How to export/get icons

I would like to edit the icons that come with DOpus 11. Is there any way of exporting the built in icons as .ico or png or something?
Basically I just want edit all of the icons into black and white

Maybe the Metro icon set is already what you want?

I looked at it but I thought that the icon set was incomplete. Thanks though. Will use it!
