Modified time label does not work for zip files

I have a label that I use to highlight recently modified items its called "Mark Recent Files - Last 5 mins" and the rule is
Time Match Modified Last 5 mins.
This works well for most files however I noted that if I edit a zip file even though the modified time updates the label does not get applied.

This image shows the error, note the test2.zip was edited before test2.txt, but is not highlighted as yellow.

Actually I was mistaken it is related to a conflict with another label that was being applied that was overwriting one with the other.
I thought you could have multiple labels that worked together. Having one set that sets the background and another that sets foreground.

I went for columns to get around that: Column: ModifiedWithin (alternative to 'modified'-labels)
