Multiple key combos not recognized in Utility Panel

Hi,

I tried to configure multiple key combos for opening the utility panel:

Ctrl-U,F => Open in find-mode
Ctrl-U,S => Open in sync-mode
Ctrl-U,D => Open in duplicate-mode
...
Ctrl-U,X => Close panel

The combos for opening the panel work fine.
The combo for closing does not; the 'x' is forwarded to the edit_box and not recognized by the 'key-combo-logger'.

Any ideas?
