Hello,

I have files with names f, f (1) and f (2) and so...

Sometimes, the text content of these files are same. Winmerge will tell you they are same. Find duplicate using MD5 will not catch these because the binary content are different (Unix/DOS CR).

Is it possible to include some automation to compare f and f (1) using Winmerge. Right now, it looks for exact file names in source and destination.
