New > Text File (.txt) - how to put as button

Hi guys,

Is it possible to put in the menu a button making new txt-file as it is possible to klick a button to create a new folder,
in staed of right-klicking on empty space and choosing "New>Text File" ??

Would very much appreciate any help.
