No...they are both the 32 bit versions
Sorry I didn't notice that you said you were using 8.2.2.5. This is a very old version and no longer under development. Tortoise works fine with Opus 9 - as far as I know, it did also work fine with Opus 8 but maybe a later Tortoise update has broken something again.
