Restore Opus 10

I had a computer crash and unable to open opus and export my settings.

I do have a backup of my computer which includes my opus setup. Is there a way that I can transfer any of the backed up files to my new computer on which i have installed opus 10 so that I can get all of my file settings and ftp settings restored?
