Show more of filenames in thumbnails mode

Well . In OD 10.Can it show full file name in large icon mode?
I have searched this problems and Leo replies this guy with "turn off Preferences / Display / Options / Use visual style to draw items (Vista/Win7 only, overrides background colors)"
But how can these files always show full name instead of click it?

And the other problems:I have created my own display style,and use double large icon display mode.But after I turn off OD10.then I return to work .It remains detail mode.It makes me puzzled..

In the icon and thumbnails modes, only the selected item can be given more space. If you want longer filenames to be visible in thumbnails mode for all files then increasing the thumbnail size, so there is more space for each file, is the only option.

And the other problems:I have created my own display style,and use double large icon display mode.But after I turn off OD10.then I return to work .It remains detail mode.It makes me puzzled..
