In Directory Opus 9.5, is it possible to copy the configuration from an USB export of the software, back to the installed version?

You can, with a bit of manual file copying.
The main complication is that everything is in one place for a USB install and split into two or three locations for a HDD install.
By looking at what's already in the HDD config folders, you can tell which bits of the USB config need to be copied to where.
