I have just downloaded the latest stable version 11.16 and things are behaving differently but still not working correctly- or at least how I assume they should.
In exactly the same scenario as my screenshot and video above, I now simply get "no changes detected or required". (That's starting with the destination directory completely empty- so it surely should detect that it needs to copy the /app/ folder and all its contents).
