Win 10 Creators Update 15063. Context Menu entry too long

Since the update, Context menu when right clicking on a .jpg file shows an entry
@{Microsoft.Windows.Photos_2017.18062.12990.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.Windows.Photos/Resources/EditWithPhotos}
when Windows Explorer shows "Edit with Photos"
This causes a massive box to appear.

I don't want to move to V 12 yet, but does the error occur there also ???
