SetAttr command in Flat View

Hello,

Is it possible to use the command SetAttr SETATTR h *.jpg while in flat view without folders.

Thanks

You can use this command when in Flat View:

Select *.jpg DESELECTNOMATCH SetAttr SETATTR=H

I think that's the best way to do it, without involving scripting, and without also setting the attribute on all of the folders as well as the *.jpg files.

Thank you

I am sorry but it does not work. It sets the attribute only on the the first base folder but on folders below it it just does not set the attribute. The files are being selected but the attribute does not change.

It seems to work here:

But in the video it is does not seem to be in "FLAT" view. I was referring to set attribute in flat view.

The file display in the video starts in Flat View (Mixed, No Folders). See the Location column on the left, which shows the files are all in sub-directories.

I also switch it into Flat View (Grouped) near the end of the video to show the folder structure better.
