Multiview / PD-QVP Plugin:

Utilises the OutsideIn viewer technology from Stellant Inc. Copy this plugin to your Directory Opus viewers folders if you are using a version of Opus earlier than 8.1.

From Opus 8.1 onwards the PD-QVP plugin has been replaced by the MultiView plugin which is included in the Opus installer. Functionality is the same.

Required 3rd party DLLs:

You will need a copy of the OutsideIn viewers for this plugin to work. These viewers come with several packages including QuickView Plus and older versions of Powerdesk.

Users of Opus 64-bit will need 64-bit DLLs.

Forum member Ravi has posted a tip on how to get the QVP viewers free with the Yahoo Desktop Search tool. This will provide alternative and standalone viewer support for Office documents, PDF files and so on.

Users of Opus 8.1 and above:

Do not install the old plugin attached to this post if you have Opus 8.1 or above. You already have the newer version of it (multiview.dll) included in your Opus installation.
