10.5.3.0 help file displays html instead of content

I upgraded my laptop to 10.5.3.0 and now when I open DO help it displays the content in HTML. None of my other applications do this.

I'm running 64-bit Win7 Home Premium with SP1.

Any ideas how I can fix this?
