Do you mean the auto-updater, or the website? Which download box?

What do you mean "Download box is blank" ? What download box? Please post a screenshot.
That could be due to a firewall or similar blocking Opus from downloading the update itself.
You can download exactly the same update installer using a web browser, via the post I linked to above. Download and run that, and it'll do the same thing the auto-updater would have.
