Add command to right click folder context menu?

When I right click on a folder, I get the

Open
Explore
Open in a new folder tab
etc.

I read the help on context menus, but I must be blind - as I don't see this menu listed.

I want to add a 'New Folder' command to this context menu.

Goto Settings->File Types...->All folders->Context Menu

Add a New item set to Type Run an Opus function (Not supported in Explorer) that runs the command: Go NEWTAB

Sorry... so now that I've actually READ your question, I guess you're saying you want a context menu item that creates a New Folder in the folder you've right clicked on?

Do all the same stuff as above - but instead of Go NEWTAB use a command like CreateFolder NOUPDATESETTINGS
