Add items to collection in context menu

I would like an item in files and folders context menu to add selected items to a collection (one, specific). How to make menu entry like this?

The Send To Scrap button in the Scrap Collection toolbar is an example of what you want to do.

This is exactly what I wanted.
The command from the button works very well as a context menu item.
