AddChildGroup with a colon in a name fails

I'm trying to create a group with 11:22 time in the name, but it seems that : breaks AddChildGroup

Strangely enough, I can do that in the gui Groups Preferences

Is there some undocumented limitation on the names or something else preventing this?

The names should follow file naming rules, so : isn’t allowed. Preferences shouldn’t allow it either, which we’ll fix.

Please add a note to the docs that tab groups are stored as files and thus disallow a list of symbols
