Adding a "favorite" (direct link) button to a toolbar?

What is the easiest way to add a 'favorite' link as a button to a toolbar? I'd like to add a button that would switch the active lister to a specific folder.

In Customize mode, right click on a toolbar and add a new button with something along the following lines as the command.

Go "C:\My Favourite Folder"

You can also drag and drop the folder directly to the toolbar when in Customize mode.
