Hi, I am using Dopus Pro but I can’t use the advanced ftp and usb. These features is integrated in pro. Can you help me?
Hi. You need additional licenses for these features. In Pro is only "standard" FTP included. USB is always an additional license.
If you added those features on after your original purchase you should have received a new certificate via email, which you need to install via Help -> Licence Manager. If you didn't get the new certifcate you can download it from the My Account page.

Because neither the USB export nor the advanced FTP feature is part of the Pro license.
