Advanced rename dialog not appearing (newbie)

version: Opus 12.26

I selected a few files, clicked the "Rename" button, but the advanced dialog did not appear, just a basic two line dialog:

old name:
new name:

Assistance appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for you prompt response.

I tried actions such as you suggest but they did not work. It turned out that restarting DO fixed it. Maybe there's an interaction with Windows 11 that needs to be sorted out.

Unlikely to be anything to do with the Windows version. It doesn’t affect which Rename dialog opens; only the toggle inside that menu changes what the main button does.
