Advanced rename, single line cursor

Hello,
Is there a way to enable single line cursor, when renaming files in advanced rename window?

What I would like to achieve : you have files, and you need to place spaces in some places, filenames are different in length, and automation wont work.
Filenames could be like these, and in between I want to add spaces:

  • AAABBB
  • CCDDDD
  • EEEEEEEEFFFFF

So in my mind it looks very convenient, if you could have file list in rename window, you simply put cursor and rename them one by one. Still better than hitting F2 on each and moving cursor and adding symbol.

Hope my description is not confusing. :slight_smile:
On other hand, wont be surprised if there is an hotkey, which you could press, and place cursor straight away in details view.

If you disable the "Use preview list to build macros" checkbox in the Advanced Rename you'll be able to rename file by file, and as a bonus your changes won't be committed until you click Apply or OK (the edited files will be marked red).
