All files and folders have been hidden and are no longer visible

I was experimenting with various functions in DOpus.
I may have made a mistake somewhere, but I’m not sure what it was.

The filters are cleared, and none of the global filters apply. Although there are many files and folders in the folder, DOpus treats them as hidden files and folders, so they won’t appear unless I check “Show All” in the filters.

This is happening only in this folder; it doesn’t occur in other folders.
Closing and restarting DOpus didn’t resolve the issue.
What should I check?

When you show hidden files, what are their attributes? (e.g. do they have the hidden, or the system flag?). You can see that with the Attr column displayed.

Thank you for your reply.
These are regular files and folders; they do not have the “hidden” attribute set.

I currently have the filter set to “Show All

Have you tied some filters in the current folder format?
You can see that with right-clicking the blue i in the status bar and choosing "Folder Format".
That format can define some masking for files and/or folders. Could you check that (the last two tabs) and share them?

EDIT: The blue i

No, this folder wasn’t linked to any specific folder format.
Also, there were no filters set in the folder format settings.

However, your advice gave me an idea, so I ran “Reset to User Default Format,” and that resolved the issue.
It’s possible I accidentally assigned a folder format due to a user error, but I can no longer reproduce the problem now.

Although I still don’t know the exact cause, I’ve learned that folder formats can have an impact.
I really appreciate your help.
