On my work laptop I've been updated to Win11 and have upgraded Dopus to v13. This was a hassle because I'm not allowed to download .exe files. But now the 13.10 update is out and Dopus isn't able to download the update.
Is there an alternate download site with zip files instead of exe?

There isn't an alternative zipped download that's maintained by us, at least. There may be third-party ones.
A good blocking method will also detect exes inside zip files, at least if they aren't encrypted, so I'm not sure if it would help.
