Any way to display CD/DVD Read/Write x Speed?

Basically, because I have the memory of a goldfish and a few CD / DVD drives in my PC with varying read/write speeds, I cant always remember the speed of a particular drive, what I would like to see is something like this in my folder/drives view:

C: (OS)
D: (DATA)
E: (CD RW Drive) (x52/x16)
F: (CD RW Drive) (x26/x8)
G: (DVD RW Drive) (x16/x4)

Or, the other option would be to display the read/write speeds on an infotip.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

There are probably easier methods, but you could change the drive label:
