The proper question is:

Have the Directory Opus developers found an ARM computer which is worth buying for them to test it?

I have found one for me (see [How to support...](https://resource.dopus.com/t/how-to-support-windows-on-arm-platform/54701) thread), but the choice is still very limited.

By the way, the platform is only trustworthy since November 2024, when Microsoft first published a general download source beside the x64 version.

So the first generally available version is the Windows 11 2024 Update (Version 24H2), which is also the first Windows 11 LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) version.
ARM download is [on this page](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11arm64), x64 download is [on this page](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11).

In my case these are the files:

- `Win11_24H2_German_Arm64.iso` (13 November 2024)
- `Win11_24H2_German_x64.iso` (1 October 2024)

You see in the description that in both cases it also supports the installation on a virtual machine.
I bypassed the automatic installation option (including download) of the Parallels virtual machine solution because I wanted to make sure that the manually downloaded vanilla version works with the usual OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) setup, and it did.
