Hello everyone, it's fantastic to see this superb Amiga application make it all the way to 2010 and beyond. I kind of see it an "Amiga Trojan Horse" inside today's less exciting Windows machines!
The only answer I didn't find in this superb forum, is if it's possible to permanently get rid of the annoying message "X:\ refers to a location that is unavailable...".
It can get intrusive if external drives are frequently used/swapped.
An option to directly go to "My Computer", or a user-selected folder would be nice.
It seems like Opus doesn´t suppress windows error messages, & this is completely normal, as they are supposed to inform the user about locations not reachable. Opening a certain alternate directory wouldn´t be useful for most users, i think.
Thanks, I see your point. It's the way DOpus works though that actually increases the frequency of this alert, I mean with its ease of opening listers (double ones, what's more). The alert can appear automatically, even after a simple reboot.
