Background colour of selected thumbnail

Hi.
I'm wondering if there is a way to change the background colour of a selected image thumbnail.
Currently in D.O. I have a dark theme, and the current background of selected thumbnail is far too similar, and I can hardly tell the difference..
Hope that's not clear as mud

Which version of Opus are you using?

Hi Leo
I have V 12.33

Thanks! (It works slightly differently in Opus 13, since it has a built-in dark theme.)

Do you know which theme it is? If so, I can download it and work out what needs to be changed. (A screenshot of the color you mean might also help ensure I'm looking for the right thing.)

If it's a theme from the forum, you should be able to find its name from the Settings > Lister Themes menu.

Hi..
I appreciate your help.
The theme is Windows 11 Dark

here's a pic... I have a really hard time seeing which image is highlighted.

With that one, I think you just need to turn off this:

Preferences / Display / Options / Visual styles override file selection colors

Looks good after that, from a quick test in Opus 12.

Thanks for that..
I turned off that option, but it didnt make a difference.
I turned off the one above it (Use visual styles to draw items) Whilst it's not ideal I can see more of a difference when the thumbnail is selected.

I might look for another theme, maybe that will work better.
Thanks for your help Leo

If you want the best dark mode support, Opus 13 has a built-in dark theme and extensive changes to make it work better and in all parts of the program (not just the file displays etc.).

Oh.. thank you Leo, I'll look into it
