did a backup with 11.19 and restored in 12.2
preferences\display\colors and fonts\fonts\file display\segoe ui was changed from size 10 to 9

can you point those font and dpi locations in config files? its all 'bout zips and xmls at the first look.
What are you aiming to do? It's not normally something you would need to edit by hand and chances are you won't need to.
