When I open a new occurrence of DOpus the left-sided pane has retained all its tabs (but not the right).
I'd prefer it if both sides were clear.
Set up the window as you want new windows to look, then use Settings > Set as Default Lister.
If you see a prompt with two checkboxes like the one below, turn on the second checkbox to disable the "Update Default Lister automatically" option, as that would pick up any open folder tabs the next time you closed a window.
(If you only see the first checkbox, then the setting in question is already disabled and you don't need to worry about that part.)
