Behavior when pinned to the task bar

I am using Windows 7 and have the DOpus icon pinned to the task bar. V9 behavior was when I clicked on the icon, a lister would open, unless there was a lister already opened. It would display the open lister (or list of open listers). V10 always opens a new lister and creates a second icon on the task bar for the open listers. This behavior is not standard Windows behavior.

How can I change it so it behaves like other Windows programs?

Unpin the icon and then pin it again.

I had the same problem when I first installed DOpus 10, and I can confirm that unpinning and re-pinning did fix it.
