The russian translation is only partially done, as the person doing it wasn't able to complete it due to other commitments.

We have a volunteer now who is doing a great job bringing the translation up-to-date. It shouldn't be much longer.

We've put the current Russian language file into the 13.15.1 beta if you want to give it a try. It might not be 100% complete yet but I think it's pretty close.
