Bookmarks in top shortcut toolbar?

How do I do this?

There's an app called clover that does this related to file exploring

Does directoryopus support this if so how do I enable?

You can make a button to that path. Right-click some empty space in the toolbar, choose "customize", another right click, then > new > new button. You can edit that new button then (another right click / "edit").
