If you ctrl-x (or right click -> cut) folders in Opus or Explorer, they are made transparent except: In a lib:// library this isn't the case, the folder icons stay the same which is unfortunate because you don't know what you are about to paste.
I can't reproduce this here - if I go into a library, right-click a folder, and choose Cut, the icon gets ghosted just like it does in a normal folder.
Are you doing something different?
I see the same behaviour as the OP. Cut in a library (file or folder) does not ghost the cut items. Windows 7 x64, 10.5.2.4 beta.

Can you post a screenshot please?
I see that if I am at the top level of a library - e.g. Lib://Documents - then cut does not ghost the selection but if I drop down a level - e.g. Lib://Documents\SomeFolder - then cut does ghost the selection.

I see the same thing here. As with what aussieboykie has said, if you go into the 'cut' folder and then back up again, the icon is ghosted only then.
Thanks for the additional information, this will be fixed in the next update.
