That isn't a bug. (Stop calling things that don't work exactly how you want them to work bugs. )
It's up to Windows how it truncates titlebar text. Apps just set the text and let the OS display/truncate it, and the OS usually just puts "..." at the end where it runs out.
if things works the way that make it useless then it is a bug (no matter whose . It can be done better and the example I gave shows that under certain conditions current approach shows why. It does not really matter if Windows is a culprit. I doubt I will be even able to find out whom mail about that, not to mention having this fixed. Asking/telling here shall work better
It is no bug, there're following solutions:
- Buy a larger screen with larger resolution
- Use a smaller font
- Use single lister
- Shorten your directory-structure
Well, I tried some bigger setup in the past but I think I ended with what I consider optimal for me. Anything beyond that is barely useable.

Ok, but it's no bug as every application solve it this way. Maybe make usage of a longer path window in toolbar?
