Bug: Tab Height affected by Lister Toolbar

In OPUS 13 I wondered why my Tab Bar Height looked too tall for the chosen font.
The font for the File Display Toolbar (that houses the folder path and buttons) affects the height of the Tab Bar.

I changed the font on the File Display Toolbar from a 14pt font to a 6pt Bitmap font and the height of the Tab Bar changed. The Tab Bar height ideally should not be affected by the font of the File Display Toolbar.

This is an exaggerated example.
The Tab Bar height is linked to the File Display Toolbar height + 1 pixel.

Doesn't seem to happen here. Which font are you changing exactly? Via Preferences or Customize/Toolbars?

This size option for the font determines the height of the File Display Toolbar and somehow it's also linked to the Height of the Tab Bar, it should be disengaged from the Tab Bar Height. The Tab Bar Height should be dependent on it's own Font/Size choice.

That doesn't seem to be the case here; I can set the file display toolbar's font to something ridiculously large and the tab bar doesn't seem to change at all.

It's definitely happening on my end.

Ah, make sure Preferences / Location Bar / Options / Align other panel headings with the Location Bar is turned off.

That solved the issue, my Tab Bars have lost weight, finally.
What does that setting control anyway(Align other panel headings)?
