Can I ask support with my Evaluation 60-days license?

Hello, dear support team!
Our employees are frustrated with new Windows 10 explorer especially with "Quick Access" and they entrusted me to find adequate replacement. Now I'm testing different software like:

  1. Directory Opus
  2. PowerDesk
  3. Explorer++
  4. WinNC

According to my investigation - Directory Opus is much more feature rich and customizable.
But I have several questions about it's features.
Plz tell me is it necessarily to firstly buy official licence or I can get support during my evaluation certificate?
