Can I change the color of the window frame?

I can't seem to find a way to change the color of the window frame where the red arrow is pointing at. Is it even possible or am I just missing it.

lol yeah, I just noticed. I was copying the black colors of the black theme to DO and I screen grabbed the wrong one. I can't screen shot the window right now, but the my issue is theming the frame area of DO where "Documents, This PC, Pictures, etc" is located like the MS Explorer.

Titlebar colors are controlled by Windows for most applications. We don't custom-draw the titlebar at all.

Assuming Windows 10:

  • The active window titlebar color can be set in Windows via Personalize > Colors and the Title bars and windows borders checkbox there.

  • There's a registry setting to change the inactive titlebar color, for all (standard) applications, which is discussed here:
