Can I change the color of the window frame?

Titlebar colors are controlled by Windows for most applications. We don't custom-draw the titlebar at all.

Assuming Windows 10:

• The active window titlebar color can be set in Windows via Personalize > Colors and the Title bars and windows borders checkbox there.

• There's a registry setting to change the inactive titlebar color, for all (standard) applications, which is discussed here:
