Can I customize the "copy" option?

I think in any case, dragging a file (or folder) with the mouse is just "copy", and if you press "CTRL", it will be "cut".
Can it be done? How to do?

You can do that under Settings > File Types > All Files and Folders > Events.

Copy will copy things. Copy MOVE will move things.

(Normally, drag & drop with no key held down runs Copy MOVEWHENSAME to do the same thing Explorer does, but you can change that if you don't want it.)
