I purchased Directory Opus Light from Humble Bundle. I installed it, but then built a new PC. DO won't let me install it on new PC since it was already installed. Can I move the license? Thank you.
It should let you. Where is it going wrong exactly? Is there an error message?
The message was:
"The product token you provided was either not valid or has already been registered"
I didn't try the Retrieve Key the first time because I thought I needed to contact you first to "refresh" the license.
I just tried it, when I looked up the message, and it registered.

That makes sense now. You only need to use the product token once.
The product token is like a voucher for a copy of Opus, used when Opus is provided via a third party (Humble Bundle in this case). Once you use the token on our site, you get your own personal licence and certificate, which is all you need to run Opus.
At that point the product token is no longer needed, and you just want to keep the certificate file for future use. The certificate can also be re-obtained via the site if it's ever lost, as you discovered.
