Can the Replace button have an option to have Replace All be the default?

In the "Confirm File Replace" dialog box, can the Replace button have an option to have Replace All be the default?

You can shift + click it for that. (The button's menu shows the key for each of the options, to help learn them.)

Is changing the default really needed, and worth the risk of accidentally doing a replace-all when you didn't think it through properly?
