Cannot add the File Collections folder to a toolbar

Trying to add the file collections folder to a toolbar. Cannot drag & drop it. Is there a way to do this in a button ?

It runs Go coll://

(Go coll:// USEQUALKEYS, to be exact, but the USEQUALKEYS is only needed if you want that extra functionality.)
