Ever since installing Directory Opus on both my machines sometimes i completely loose drag and drop functionality. This can happen at any time (When uploading to dropbox, when drag and dropping items in after effects or premier?)
The only way to fix this is a restart.
Is there a fix for this? I tried a few things but no luck

If it fixes after a restart, it means one end of the drag & drop has not "hung up" yet, which blocks any other drag & drop from starting.
You may find that closing the window and opening a new one is enough, and avoids the restart.
Closing the other program involved in the last drag & drop may also fix things.
Setting Preferences / Miscellaneous / Advanced: dragdrop_async = False may prevent the problem from recurring if it is caused by the other end not being OK with asyncronous handling. (The downside is you will have to wait for drag & drops to complete before you can do other things in some cases.) But if it doesn't make a difference, it's best to set it back to the default True value.
