My computer crashed and I have to reinstall DOpus. I download the latest ver of 13.1 on my Windows 10 Lenovo X-1. I also downloaded from DOpus my registration code for my email. Version 13.1 will not accept that code, saying it is for the wrong version. But when I try to get the latest code, the website tells me the one I have is the latest. I am using the trial version while I get this registration issue resolved. I have a registration certificate, but DOpus tells me that is for an older version. Help, please.
If you go to the Support page and the Self Service section on our web site - https://support.gpsoft.com.au/ From the left-hand side you can retrieve your registration certificate. You can then install this from the Licence Manager found in the Help menu of the default menu toolbar. Either cut and paste the details into the Licence Manager, or save the received licence email as a text file and Load this into the Licence manager.
